AI Content Strategist

This is a remote position.

• Evaluate and Rank Content: Assess LLM prompt-answer pairs against a well-defined quality framework to ensure excellence and consistency.
  
• Craft and Innovate: Create new prompts, answers, and engaging dialogues for a variety of topics, showcasing creativity and precision.
  
• Refine Conversations: Rewrite conversation subjects while adhering to specific guidelines, with a focus on safety, creativity, and factual accuracy.
  
• Conduct Insightful Research: Dive into detailed research to develop compelling writing and prompt ideas, ensuring relevance and depth.
  
• Uphold Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.
  
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay informed about domain-specific terminology, language nuances, and emerging cultural trends to produce authentic and current content.
  
• Ensure Quality Assurance: Audit high-priority content with precision, aligning with project goals

• AI Interaction Expertise: Experience in crafting or evaluating AI prompts and responses, or a keen interest in learning and exploring this emerging field.
  
• Creative and Content Writing: Professional or freelance experience as a creative writer, content creator, essay writer, or storyteller.
  
• Teaching and Mentorship: Background in teaching English, creative writing, or related subjects, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  
• Academic Excellence: Degrees in fields such as Literature, Communications, Journalism, Sociology, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar disciplines—including undergraduate, graduate, or PhD-level qualifications.
  
• Research and Critical Thinking: Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize information and generate original ideas.
  
• Multidisciplinary Perspectives: A mix of interests or experiences that demonstrate creativity, cultural awareness, and a passion for communication and innovation.

• 4+ years of experience working with AI/LLM tools (Content Writing in Specific),Worked directly product or engineering in defining workflows and SOP improvements
  
• 2+ years of team leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
  
• Ability to find operational gaps and errors with Gen AI flows
  
• Worked as a lead or project manager within the Gen AI space
  
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  
• Knowledge of internet safety issues, trends, and regulations, paired with proficiency in office software and content management systems.
