Job Description

This position will contribute to the Sales Support & Account Management (SSAM) Department by exhibiting a strong understanding of core business processes. This position will take ownership of their Operational Efficiency position through self-motivation and continuous learning. This position contributes to specific projects within the department and prepares work for approval by others. This Operational Efficiency position can adapt their communication techniques to their audience members, regardless of the positions of those members. This position will feel comfortable identifying, understanding, and resolving complex problems within their own work area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create reports and dashboards that deliver key business insights for field sales teams that drive growth.  Salesforce is a key data source but strong excel skills are also a must.

  • Develop strong relationships with partners to support a deep understanding of the business problems.  Ability to uncover root causes through detailed reports and thorough analysis.  Exposure to programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and HTML are preferred but not required.

  • Ability to tell a story with the data and create presentations that provide clarity and impact. 

  • Partner with Salesforce Administration team to define goal state sales workflow.  Define any needed enhancements to support the sales strategy.

  • Define and create new tools utilizing multiple data sources to support growth. 

  • Support report consistency and data integrity across the organization.

  • Define process improvements and workflow automation to streamline sales processes to optimize sales team efficiencies. Actively seeks to connect resources across departments to share expertise.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience as a business analyst, salesforce administrator, or similar role(Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $50,400.00 - 88,987.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
