JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• •Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Proactively recommend and implement process improvements based on analytical findings.
• Analyse customer’s feedback & satisfaction including NPS.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Ms.Excel, Power BI, SQL, QuickSight Analytical or similar platforms and CRM tool will be added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
