Python Developer 

Required skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Python (work experience, excluding any training period or self-learn period)
• Strong knowledge in algorithm, data structure and object-oriented programming.
• Core Python Expertise - High-level expertise in Core Python with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Python Frameworks Knowledge - Experience with popular Python frameworks such as Fast APi for applications development and backend service creation.
• Python Stacks and - In-depth understanding of Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks, and tools, with experience in utilizing libraries such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Sci-kit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Problem-Solving and Communication - Strong problem-solving capabilities, paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills, to integrate effectively with development teams and stakeholders.
• Version Control Proficiency - Experience with version control systems, specifically GitHub, to collaborate with teams on code management and development.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for the team.

Preferred skills: 

• Data Visualization- Experience working with Power BI or Tableau
• Database Technologies - Familiarity with database management, including SQL and NoSQL systems, for backend data storage and management.
• Healthcare Business- Basic US healthcare knowledge of payor and provider value chain
• Good understanding of front-end development and integration - Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to partner seamlessly with front-end developers or to handle full-stack responsibilities when necessary.
• Knowledge on Data Science and Machine Learning – Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts and tools, enabling the development of intelligent systems and data-driven insights.
• Cloud Platform Understanding - A working understanding of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, with the ability to leverage cloud services for optimized application development and deployment.
