Job Description:
The primary purpose of the role is to assist Mobility Network Delivery Manager to develop Mobility network strategies. Hence, the role is accountable and owns the development of Mobility network strategies. The staff will require integrative actively working with Field Network Planners, Real Estate, Growth team, Engineering, Commercial Fleet, S&OP, Marketing, Finance, Global COEs, Trade & Supply in developing short and long term countries’ network strategies, and extended to support IPU strategy development.
The example of the deliverables of the roles are, but not limit to Network Resilience Analysis, Network Master Plan (growth & optimization), multi-year plan, T&R (Network), Mobility IPU, specific Network/ Mobility strategy review, Post-Investment Review, economic assumption of DOVAMO and NW data integrity.
- Create and update the Network Resilience and Network Master Plan taking into account data from internal and external sources to deliver business aspiration.
- Be a focal point of Multi Year plan process and NW TnR process, and integrating this work to overall Mobility team
- Be a focal point for future specific network strategy review or new strategy development for network and Mobility planning
- Own, develop and be focal point of Post-Investment Review on Mobility Network investment. Own overall program and ensure specific project owners complete the PIRs as per the guideline requirement.
- Own the economic assumption in Downstream Valuation Model which need to review yearly
- Provide a regular update on Network performance and overall T&R delivery
- Assure data transparency for reporting in ClearTrack (project management tool) to enable global visibility.
- Own & accountable for the data accuracy and the tools. This might work and deliver via other teams – S&Op, Marketing, Real Estate and Planner
- Interface with:The role will work integratively with Planners, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, S&OP, MKT, Comm Fleet, Trade & Supply and Global CoE.

- The position requires a wide working interface with various functions within Mobility, outside Mobility esp. Trade &Supply, Global COE & TH IPU team
- The position required a quick learner with high analytical skill and can work with various information and stakeholders within and outside Mobility and with global team, and can translate the analysis to strategy development
- This position will provide a very in depth learning of Mobility business and strategy development. Highly expose to various and senior stakeholders.
- The position will provide the opportunity to learn/ skill in developing business strategy in the future.
Job Requirement
- Education background of Master’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering as minimum
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience
- Have experience in Commercial background is a plus
- Basic knowledge in Finance
- Strong analytical skill, structured-approach and strategic-thinking will ensure the success of the candidate in this role.
- Sharp analytical skill; Excellent in Microsoft Office tools (Other analytical tools i.e. Phyton is a plus)
- Technology driven
- Very good in presentation skill
- Fluent in English Communication skills including writing, speaking, and reading
