Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director, Legal, Contracts and Compliance (LCC) Integrated Operations Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Strategy responsible for managing the LCC digital strategy and ensuring Raytheon Legal and Compliance digital requirements are implemented and deployed. This role is also responsible for the development and execution of the Raytheon LCC AI and machine learning strategy.
What You Will Do
- Set the mission, vision, and strategy of the Raytheon LCC AI and DT portfolio globally
- Collaborate within Raytheon LCC and with other Raytheon and RTX functions to identify and implement digital requirements and will represent Raytheon LCC on both Raytheon and Corporate DT initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and execute the LCC Digital strategy
- Capture, integrate, and prioritize LCC digital requirements to develop a global portfolio
- Establish internal customer relationships which will help to identify and prioritize digital needs and to provide advice and guidance on the deployment of digital tools
- Lead digital related CORE initiatives
- Support the Raytheon LCC S4 HANA transition
- Develop, lead, and execute the LCC Artificial Intelligence and machine learning strategy
- Work with internal customers to identify and manage LCC digital requirements
- Provide dedicated, ongoing support and design guidance for major digital initiatives
- Understand and clearly articulate digital environments, strategies, and roadmaps for all LCC domains
- Work closely with internal LCC customers to understand their digital needs and requirements and then independently articulate those requirements to a digital solutions team to ensure they are implemented accurately
- Ensure LCC engagement in DT Epics and PI planning
- Lead trade studies to identify best value, effective digital solutions for LCC
- Collaborate with LCC professionals from across RTX
- Participate in and lead councils involving Raytheon and RTX DT
- Partner with DT functional leadership while providing necessary guidance to meet business expectations
- Represent LCC on the Raytheon Digital Business Council and lead the LCC Digital Council
- Primary LCC liaison to the Raytheon Digital Business Partner and RTX LCC Digital Lead
- Collaborate on digital initiatives with senior leaders across all Raytheon functions
- Domestic Travel 15%
- Possible Work Locations: TX - McKinney, Richardson, AZ - Tucson, VA - Arlington, Dulles, MA - Tewksbury
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree in STEM-related field and minimum 12 years prior digital strategy experience or an Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in digital technology requirements, design, development, and management
- Experience in process mapping and analysis, soliciting and communicating customer requirements, conducting trade studies, and project management
- Experience in developing a digital strategy and evolving the technology strategy to align with business needs and experience with Industry 4.0 (specifically machine learning, artificial intelligence, large data analytics)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer
- CORE Expert or equivalent continuous improvement experience/certification
- Experience determining future state technology architecture and developing an AI/machine learning strategy
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly (verbal and written) with various levels of RTX and Raytheon leadership and to collaborate with business and digital technology personnel
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and to look at the big picture of organizational needs and investigate opportunities through innovation to accomplish goals.
- Strong work ethic, a sense of accountability, and interest in the subject matter

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
