2025 Internship Program:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Corporate Internship Program located at the Cinemark Service Center in Plano, TX.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an inclusive and collaborative environment. As an Intern, you will work closely with a professional mentor, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable insights into the corporate world.

This is a 10-week paid learning experience from June 2nd to August 8th, offering $15.00 per hour. Interns will follow a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and will work 40 hours per week during standard business hours.

The role of a Data Scientist Intern:

We are seeking 2 motivated Data Science/Data Analytics Interns to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, pricing strategies, and market evaluation. The intern will work closely with the Peer Coach and other team members to support and execute key projects in Admission Tickets Pricing, Food & Beverages Pricing and Competitive Intelligence  

Responsibilities:

Intern #1

  • Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources
  • Analyze regional trends and correlate them with demographic factors
  • Apply clustering techniques to segregate data based on performance and other factors
  • Compare performance metrics across different competitors
  • Evaluate the role of premium formats in driving attendance or engagement
  • Create dashboards to visualize trends and performance metrics

Intern #2

  • Conduct research and analyze data to support project objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare and present reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify additional opportunities for project expansion.

Requirements:

  • Currently a junior or senior at an accredited university
  • Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related fields
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about data analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Good understanding of data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Hungry to learn and eager to take initiative
