Senior Manager, Product Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager/Technical Lead to spearhead the Technical Engagement with Internal and external customers. Product Management with Enhancement with plans for new releases as part of product life cycle of our AI/ML-based predictive maintenance platform for our DC facility.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data stacks – IoT SDK, event Hub, Databricks, and various ML platforms, along with a strong understanding of IoT devices for data collection including Analog/Digital conversion of some of the Data points

Job Description

• Product Development and Management: Lead the end-to-end planning of new release management through enhancement of the current operational AI/ML-based predictive maintenance platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. 

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices in AI/ML implementation and deployment. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions. 
• IoT Data Collection: Oversee the integration of IoT devices for accurate and efficient data collection, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the data used for predictive maintenance. 
• Azure and Databricks Expertise: Utilize your hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks to optimize the platform's performance, scalability, and reliability. 
• AI/ML Implementation: Apply advanced AI/ML techniques to develop predictive models that can accurately forecast maintenance needs and reduce downtime. 
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze the platform's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates and enhancements. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Matured and proven experience in product management and technical leadership, preferably in AI/ML-based product development - Starting from Software Development, Software Engineering to AI/ML platform Development/Product Engineering. 
• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure SDK IoT, IoT hub, Azure Event Hub, Azure Databricks, Kubernetes and Grafana and ML Algorithms for pattern matching and prediction.
• Strong knowledge of IoT devices and their integration for data collection.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML models for predictive maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
