Job Description

As the Broker and Broker Support Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team working alongside the Operational Management Team to drive data driven decision making and excellence in execution of strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate analytical results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for decision-makers in the following areas:
  • Underwriting
  • Surveying
  • Broker
  • Broker Support
• Build and maintain management reports, dashboards as well as internal data-driven automations
• Translate analytical results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for decision-makers
• Build, maintain and improve predictive models to support business objectives

• Clearly communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Hold a Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
• The following will be beneficial:
  • Experience working in actuarial/analytics field
  • MS office including Advanced MS Excel
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
