Product Catalogue Data Analyst

We are looking for a Product Catalogue Data Analyst to join our Product Catalogue team here at Harrods. You will be the technical expert when it comes to own bought and concession product data within the life cycle of the Harrods Product Catalogue
This is a 12-month fixed term role.
About The Role
The Product Catalogue Data Analyst will be responsible for managing the technical elements of the product catalogue, on-boarding and maintenance, integrations across multiple projects. You will work actively with our project coordinators, business teams and external partners, both business and technical, to ensure best in class data quality accuracy and service.
You will also;
- Complete complex tasks and troubleshooting in relation to your categories’ data
- Oversee, maintain and update own bought and concession master data, mapping documents, and ensure the buyers sheet is working efficiently, suggesting solutions to provide support further adherence.
- Participate in business readiness design and testing for system and operational change
- Share workflows and challenges with your immediate team to ensure the team in totality are working towards the same goal
- Ensure that a delivery focused culture exists within the team, ensuring we support the business by meeting time, quality, and cost targets
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in data within SAP or any other operation system. It is important that you have intermediate excel skills and are results driven.
You will also have the following;
- Excellent Stakeholder management experience.
- Can work across more multiple deadlines
- Clear communication both written and verbal
- Previous experience in Retail or E-Commerce
- Attention to detail
