As the Associate Director - CRM Data Governance you will support the CRM & Enablers Team as a part of the GTMC organization in the US. The CRM & Enablers Team strives to support our business customer facing teams by delivering innovative CRM capabilities that are timely, reliable, accurate, and constantly improving. We focus on our customers, both brand teams and customer facing teams, to adapt our CRM platform and operational systems to meet their needs. Our efforts to streamline and maintain OneCRM US bring value and impact to the organization by reducing the manual workload on our customer facing teams, by providing accurate activity data back to reporting systems, and acting as the nexus of data flow to and from Sanofi data systems.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and manage a data quality framework to ensure CRM data integrity across integrated platforms.

• Collaborate with data integration partners to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

• Respond to customer data inquiries and drive data quality improvements.

• Maintain process documentation and train HUB resources on data governance practices.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align CRM data initiatives with business needs.

• Present quarterly updates to leadership on field data quality insights and improvements.

• Lead CRM and data integration enhancement initiatives to optimize data flow and usability.

About you

• Experience in data governance, data stewardship, or data quality management within the life sciences industry.

• Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM and customer master data processes.

• Ability to translate business needs into effective data management solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to drive adoption of data governance practices.

• Experience working in a matrix environment and leveraging networks to achieve goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA
