Job Title: Data Visualization and Analytics Specialist (Associate Consultant)

Location: Bangalore (SODC) - Onsite (4 days a week)

Role:

We are seeking highly skilled Data Visualization and Analytics Specialists with expertise in Tableau or PowerBI and working knowledge of PySpark or Databricks. The ideal candidates should be well-versed in creating data pipelines and analyzing data. Experience or knowledge in capital markets and mutual funds will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires regular interaction with end clients. Successful candidates will be expected to work from our Bangalore SODC location for at least four days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI.
2. Create, optimize, and manage data pipelines using PySpark or Databricks.
3. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
4. Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
7. Adhere to the best practices for data management and analytics.

Required Qualifications:

1. 2- 4 years of working proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI, with a proven track record of developing dynamic and complex dashboards.
2. Knowledge on PySpark or Databricks for data processing and pipeline creation is good to have
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
5. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore SODC for at least four days a week.
7. Commitment to staying with the company for at least one year due to client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge or experience in capital markets and mutual funds.
2. Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3. Relevant certifications in Tableau, PowerBI, Spark, or Databricks would be a plus
