Intermediate Data Analyst System Pharmacy Services

(this position is hybrid and will require some onsite work in Plainfield, Indiana)

This position will support the System Pharmacy Services, along with various system quality initiatives to build reporting that provides actionable insights. The ideal candidate has experience designing and implementing business intelligence tools in the Microsoft BI Stack. The position involves project coordination work including project intake, requirements definitions, documentation, execution, and customer support. Candidates with experience coordinating or managing projects are encouraged to apply, as this role will require a person that is able to collaborate with others to find creative and innovative business solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assesses the information capabilities of assigned areas to address gaps and provides data analysis training. 
  • Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

  • SQL experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Data Visualization in PowerBI/Tableau

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
