Sales Operations Data Analyst 1

The Operations Data Analyst 1 role is a key role for the North American Sales Operations function. This role will work closely with the sales and sales operations teams to support sales data, pipeline, projects, and ongoing sales operations processes.

Essential Duties

Sales Data Quality/Monitoring

• Monitor and maintain CRM NAS records and data via sales data audits to ensure the firm’s CRM system and sales pipeline data is accurate and up to date
  • Work collaboratively with appropriate firm individuals/groups to ensure data accuracy and enhancement in a timely manner

Sales Operations Support

• Support sales and sales operations projects through data requests, reporting, and research as assigned
• Assist with sales email inquiries via email and/or phone calls

CRM Support

• Assist with sales data entry within CRM as assigned

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Equivalent work experience

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

• Microsoft Office skills (required), specific to Microsoft Excel skills (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation (required)
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment on concurrent projects and activities with minimal supervision (required)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with key internal stakeholders (required)

<1 year in operations or support role in a professional services environment
