IT Program Success Data Analyst

The IT Program Success Data Analyst is responsible for assisting with extracting, aggregating, and data visualization to assist with planning, coordination, documentation and execution of Digital Experience Monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and organize data from multiple sources

• Organize data in easily consumable manner for IT operations Customer Success Leadership review

• Utilize IT reporting/data gathering systems to analyze data to determine how customers are using the products, and system performance

• Interact with stakeholders to discuss findings and conclusions derived from analysis.

• Review, interpret and hypothesize on opportunities for improvement 

• Communicate opportunities to Program Success Leadership

• Actively participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and document how to best engage those teams and deliver solutions for improvement based on data analysis

• Assist internal IT teams in identifying major changes with the new technology design and craft communications and documentation to help drive adoption.

• Drive culture of quality awareness and improvement within IT Teams

• Assist with the development and implementation of methods to improve an employee’s IT experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in technical area or equivalent experience/certification(s).

Technical Skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills

• Intermediate Power BI knowledge

• Intermediate Data Analysis, Cleansing and Visualization skills

• Entry level knowledge of Service Now or similar support platforms (Preferred)

• Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences.

• Intermediate understanding of requirements gathering and QA.

Experience:

• 3+ years relevant experience

• Experience managing multiple projects of low to moderate risk.
