GSK’s Global Products & Technology (GP&T) manages, develops and supports GSKs global products and applications (such as Azure, SAP, Workday) as well as providing infrastructure services (including servers & storage, Cloud services, Networking, End User services, Identity & Access Management and Help Desk) to support all GSK sites globally. 100k+ users, across 300+ sites.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-based solutions leveraging LLMs, AI Agents, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to solve complex business problems.

• Utilize and integrate popular AI technology stacks, including but not limited to Crew AI, Lang-chain, Lang-graph, Llama Index, and Semantic Kernel.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and high-performance code in Python and JavaScript using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Deploy and manage AI solutions on the Azure cloud platform.

• Design and implement HyperAutomation solutions, incorporating RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere A360 Platform.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, HyperAutomation, and related technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI and HyperAutomation solutions.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and data privacy.

We are looking for a Professional and if you have these skills, we would like to speak to you.

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience with at with exposure to RPA and AI.

• 2+ years of experience in delivering AI-based solutions, including LLMs and AI Agents.

• Hands-on experience with AI technology stacks such as Crew AI, Lang-chain, Lang-graph, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel, and other relevant tools.

• Proficiency in programming languages Python and JavaScript.

• Strong experience with the Azure cloud platform, including deployment and management of AI solutions.

• Proven experience in designing HyperAutomation solutions, including RPA tools like Automation Anywhere A360 Platform.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with additional RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or other versions of Automation Anywhere.

• Experience in DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment, including the use of GitHub and Azure Pipelines.
