About the Program: The Young Professional Program in Data Engineering
 

As a participant in Synechron’s distinguished Young Professional Program, you will engage in intensive training and gain hands-on experience in data engineering while working closely with bank professionals. This program is designed for master’s degree graduates and provides an exceptional pathway to a fulfilling career in financial services.
 

What You’ll Do

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
• Gain exposure to data management, analytics, and cloud technologies within the banking sector.
• Participate in real-world projects that enhance your skills and understanding of data engineering practices.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from industry experts while working on key initiatives that drive business success.

What We’re Looking For

• A Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Proficiency in the Dutch language at a business level is required.
• A strong affinity for data engineering, analytics, and IT.
• Interest in financial services and a desire to contribute to innovative banking solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, Agile methodologies, or DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
