Department: MSB Test EngineeringProject Title: Test Datamation and AI projectsDescription: The objective of the project is to understand the sources of variability, control variations & predict failure using effective problem solving, data analysis and datamation techniques. By doing so, we can improve availability of equipment for production needs. The candidate may work on semiconductor test tool/s to assist engineers in data extraction and find the best known method in predictive /IOT implementation.

Scope: 

• Exposure / Training to Equipment hardware, physical automation & datamation tools

• Hands on experience in dynamic high volume manufacturing environment

• Training & opportunity to develop datamation solution including data modeling, data visualizations

• Exposure to tool maintenance & ownership including Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance

• Hands on experience in team work, project management & problem solving

Deliverable: 

• Provide proposals on predictive and Ai technique for machine repairs..etc

• Automated reports using Data Modeling, Data Visualization & Predictive Maintenance control

Skillset Required: Problem Solving, Data Analysis, Basic Statistics, Project Management, Datamation. Knowledge of Tableu, Python, SQL, Power BI will be an advantage.

Target Courses: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering. Duration Period: January 2025 to May 2025
