About the Role 

As Pagaya’s Senior Workato Integration & Automation Lead, you will take ownership of designing and implementing complex, scalable integration solutions using Workato best practices. Your work will directly support multiple stakeholders by streamlining and automating business processes, improving cross-functional efficiency, and developing the infrastructure needed to meet evolving organizational demands. Additionally, you will lead strategic automation initiatives and manage integration projects, leveraging your deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Workato Integration & Automation Lead, you will lead the Architecture & Implementation of the Business Application unit for a various departments within Pagaya. It includes the design, implementation, testing, and the enablement of custom thoughtful automation solutions using Workato.
• Develop and maintain reusable Workato recipes to address business needs and system integrations.
• Manage the day-to-day administration and optimization of Workato integrations and automations, while continuously monitor and improve existing workflows to ensure long-term scalability and efficiency.
• Interface with various departments in the organization including Engineering, Research, Partnerships, People, Product, Finance, and other business units to increase adoption and efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Workato and related integration tools to better drive cross-functional collaboration by providing guidance to the Business Applications team members and other internal teams.
• Lead technical complex integration initiatives across diverse SaaS systems.
• Identify and contribute to the company automation strategy by opportunities to optimize workflows and business processes across multiple departments. Oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects, from requirements gathering through delivery and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience implementing and managing Workato integrations and automations.
• Extensive knowledge with SQL, Databases, API development, REST API services and Webhooks.
• Proficient in designing and deploying scalable recipes across a variety of business applications.
• Hands-on experience supporting complex integrations between SaaS applications or hybrid architectures.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.

Advantage

• Workato certifications.
• Experience with Workato bot, Slack bot ,Workato AI solutions, GoAnyWhere or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript or Ruby.
• Experience in managing other SaaS business tools like: Salesforce, Slack ,Notion, DocuSign, Snowflake, BambooHR, Atlassian (Jira), NetSuite or equivalent SaaS platforms.
