As we expand our data capabilities, we are seeking a well-rounded and highly motivated experienced Data Scientist to contribute to the development and execution of advanced analytical solutions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business challenges while growing your expertise within a collaborative and innovative environment. Position Overview:We are looking for a well-rounded and highly motivated experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in data modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and as well as with python/pandas.   As an experienced Data Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that drive actionable insights and business value.

Core Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, identify analytical opportunities, and align data science strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced data models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business challenges, leveraging Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Perform Data Engineering activities to create the requisite pipelines needed for data analysis/ML.
• Build and enhance automated data workflows and processes using python/Azure Data Factory/Azure Databricks to streamline data collection, preprocessing, and analysis.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, and communicate findings through clear visualizations and presentations.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing, and propose innovative applications to business use cases.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation in data science.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis, with complete proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, effectively communicate technical concepts, and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within teams to meet project objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile development environments and applying agile methodologies to data science projects.
• Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and their application in data workflows.
• Certification in Microsoft Azure or relevant data science certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate).
