Position Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst for collect, process, and analyze data to help us make data-driven decisions. We are looking for someone to use statistical tools, visualization techniques, and business intelligence software to interpret data patterns and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
  • Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality checks.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Programming skills in Python or R (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a startup environment
  • A business sense to complement your technical capabilities
