Global HR Data Governance & Analytics Lead 
 

 

Short Description

Job Title: HR Data Governance & Analytics Manager

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree

 

Experience: 7+ years HR Analytics and Data Governance experience & 3+ years Power BI experience

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Develop and implement an enterprise-wide HR data governance strategy, including policies, standards, and best practices

Establish and enforce data quality, accuracy, and integrity protocols across all HR systems and processes (SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Data warehouse)

Ensure compliance with local and global data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, PIPL, and other country-specific labour laws

Design and implement an enterprise-wide people analytics strategy and roadmap

Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to address workforce challenges, including turnover, engagement, DEI, and productivity

Partner with HR stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives

Manage ad hoc reporting and analytics requests, while addressing stakeholder long-term needs and driving insights for HR Partners using existing dashboards and HR systems data

Manage the maintenance and further development of our Group HR reporting applications (Power BI & Data warehouse)

Run and coordinate data quality audits to improve data quality in our global systems

Support other global HR initiatives related to employee data e.g. restructuring initiatives, reporting dashboard roll-out

 

Required skills & expertise

 

Professional knowledge of Qualtrics is a plus

Experienced in handling large amounts of data, producing statistics and KPI’s

Great interest in new technologies and workplace digitalization

Expert knowledge of MS Excel

Quick comprehension, structured and analytical way of thinking

High affinity for IT, well versed in the use of common PC/Office tools

Excellent command of English

High level of commitment, personal responsibility and perseverance

 

Required Experience

 

Experience in reporting and Human Resources processes is required

Working knowledge of Global Data Privacy norms

Additional experience with personnel management (HRIS) systems, ideally in a multinational corporation is highly welcome
