In this position you will…

… play a pivotal role in analyzing procurement data, optimizing pricing and procurement strategies, and supporting the procurement of green coconuts. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and forecasting, directly contributing to the team’s success.

You will be responsible for…

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and strategy improvement.
• Prepare reports for management, sourcing, and operations teams.
• Create and maintain charts, dashboards, and presentations on sourcing activities, market trends, and competition landscapes.

Agricultural and Meteorological Support

• Analyze agricultural data to support agronomists in enhancing yield, soil health, and plant health.
• Compile and analyze meteorological studies to assist in planning and forecasting.

Forecasting and Strategy Development

• Lead forecasting activities for green coconut procurement.
• Support decision-making through detailed analysis of supply and demand trends.

Collaboration and Process Improvement

• Work closely with agronomists, procurement, and operations teams to align strategies.
• Identify inefficiencies in sourcing workflows and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or Economics.
• Proven experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role, preferably within agriculture or procurement.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices and meteorological data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Able to communicate well in English
• Preferred Qualifications:
  - Knowledge of Coconuts, Fruits, Fresh products production experience a plus, including experience working with farmers and - understanding seasonal market dynamics.
  - Cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
  - Valid driving license and own car.
