A successful Engineering Associate must understand our client’s needs, be well-versed in questions about cloud environments and building digital analytics solutions on the cloud, and be familiar with data engineering on the cloud. The ideal candidate should also be aware of the importance of quality deliverables, respectful of deadlines, and able to articulate the business value of projects as well as technical considerations in clear terms.

• Implement data architectures and pipelines for digital analytics projects on cloud
• Deliver hands-on technical services, such as cloud migration, data migration, data transformation, data warehousing, data visualization, and advanced data analytics
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to ensure proper integration of cloud infrastructure and data pipelines across environments
• Assist in streamlining and automating processes to ensure the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of digital analytics platform
• Handle ad-hoc tasks related to cloud and data technologies

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms on AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Knowledge and experience in Big Data, Data Science and Cloud technologies
• Knowledge of version controlling, DevOps practice, containerization, and Agile
• Experience in website and application development and tracking
• Experience in microservices and API development with Java and Python
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, self-organized and strong problem-solving skill
• Good to have professional cloud certification holder (GCP, AWS, and Azure)
