Intern/ Working student Data Analyst (m/f/x)

As a digital system provider for Lidl's online business, we at Lidl e-commerce create efficient, scalable digital products and services and develop them further for the future. As a brand of the IT and digital division Schwarz Digits, our divisions are divided into Commerce Platforms, Marketing Tech & Enablement, New Digital Business Models and SCRM Loyalty Platforms.

What you´ll do

• As an intern Data Analyst in our Team, you will work closely with Data Engineers/Analysts and Business users. You will delve into the complex world of e-commerce data and work on provisioning and analysing data related to interesting business challenges.
• You consolidate, analyze, document and prepare data from a variety of different data sources
• You develop automated data pipelines or database views to improve our business processes in collaboration with experienced data experts
• You support cross-departmental data projects

What you’ll bring along

• You are pursuing your Bachelor's or Master's degree in (business) computer science, software development or a similar field related to data analytics and e-commerce
• You have already gained experience with SQL, data modeling and Python
• You have basic experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud and ideally have already worked with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databrix, Google Scripts/Apps
• You are confident in using standard office software (MS Office, Goolge Sheets)
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for data thanks to your analytical mindset
• You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
