Senior Product Manager

About the Role:
 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help drive the vision and execution of Analyst Studio, our dedicated space for technical analysts working with Python, R, and SQL. This role is based out of Bangalore, India, and focuses on building an intuitive and powerful experience for data professionals who transform, analyze, and model data within ThoughtSpot.

In this role, you will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and developers to create a seamless environment that enables technical users to explore, clean, and model data efficiently. You’ll be responsible for defining the product roadmap, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and ensuring seamless integration with the broader ThoughtSpot ecosystem.

What You'll DO:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Analyst Studio, focusing on Python, R, and SQL workflows.

• Engage with data engineers, analysts, and technical users to understand their challenges and build a best-in-class data transformation and analysis experience.

• Partner with engineering and UX teams to design and deliver a scalable, high-performance experience for coding, debugging, and visualization within ThoughtSpot.

• Drive integration strategies with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and others.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to support go-to-market strategies.

• Stay ahead of industry trends in data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven BI to ensure ThoughtSpot remains a leader in the space.

• Define and track key metrics to measure success and improve adoption.
   

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of shipping data-centric products.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering, with deep expertise in SQL, Python, and/or R.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, transformations, and orchestration within modern data architectures.

• Experience working with data analysts, data engineers, and technical users, translating their needs into intuitive product experiences.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).

• Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks, dbt, or other modern data transformation tools.

• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and their applications in analytics.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or scaling organization.
