Brown & Brown is Seeking an Assistant Director of Data Integration to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL.
This position is a client facing role that will oversee the team that is responsible for the Profit Center conversion and other data integration related projects. This person will define the data migration and conversion strategy, design methods and approaches for ensuring data integrity, data quality and business alignment.
How You Will Contribute
Manages the team that is responsible for data integration and conversion activities.
Delegate, support and guide to ensure the team meet’s goals and exceeds customer expectations.
Manages multiple workstreams related to data integration and conversion activities.
Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of conversion projects.
Manages a functional area by applying a broad and comprehensive understanding in multiple functional areas as well as underlying business principles.
Understand insurance processes, use of agency management systems, CRM systems and structure of the business.
Knowledgeable and adept in all aspects and steps needed for a successful conversion.
Interpret source system data and analyze conversion feasibility.
Act as the subject matter expert liaison between the business, Project Manager, and vendors
Ability to translate conversion data points to business and to the vendor as it relates to the conversion process.
Review and ensure quality and accuracy of data conversion activities.
Monitor the progress of conversion team and provide coaching throughout the conversion process.
Provide regular reports to the key stakeholders involved in the conversion process
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen
Must have strong analytic and quantitative reasoning and enjoy problem solving; attention to detail and quality assurance required
At least 5 years of experience in a similar facing role.
Prior conversion experience (preferred)
Experience with one or all of the following products: TAM, AMS360, BAM, EPIC, BenefitPoint, Zywave, ImageRight/WorkSmart (preferred)
Strong Excel skills (preferred)
Insurance experience (preferred)
