The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company’s Enterprise Data & Analytics team is currently seeking a Manufacturing and Quality Data Analytics Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA.
Join us as a leader in transforming manufacturing and quality at Boeing! In this dynamic role, you'll manage the life cycle of key data analytics products, driving innovation across our Renton, Everett, and Auburn sites. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring data-driven solutions to life, ensuring seamless product design and delivery.
Your mission will be to define and prioritize strategies for data, digital threads, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, while engaging directly with business users and stakeholders. Position Responsibilities:
Understand current state of manufacturing and quality at Boeing, identify opportunities for solving complex problems through data, digital thread and AI
Develop product roadmaps with a clear tie to manufacturing and quality end results in a real production or supply chain environment
Define, build, manage, deploy and sustain products for data, analytics and AI capabilities in the manufacturing and quality domains across Boeing businesses
Set up structured, disciplined processes for work intake, requirements management and customer feedback
Establish a result-oriented, strong execution team and operating rhythm for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment of products
Establish maturity measurement across the product development life cycle for clarity in progress and business value delivered
Develop end to end knowledge base across the product life cycle to build an impactful story beyond project execution for stakeholders at both working and leadership levels
Develop future state vision for data lake strategy to integrate manufacturing and quality data from across Boeing
Shape digital thread strategy for the enterprise and lead implementation and adoption of digital thread in manufacturing and quality
Mentor, develop and evaluate product development teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in product management related to manufacturing, quality and supply chain
5+ years of experience building and deploying data, digital thread, AI and analytics capabilities onto a real production and supply chain environment with realized, measurable business impact
3+ years of experience in people management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s or Ph.D. in engineering or manufacturing
Experience with extracting requirements and metrics with business partners
Experience engaging with executives as well as people on the floor to drive project execution and adoption
Experience with scoping out feasible technically project plans through ambiguities and building a highly effective, strong execution team for the overall product success
Experience with agile implementation, CI/CD
Experience with the Software Development lifecycle (including Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration & Test, Sustainment), test driven development (TDD)
Experience working with a geographically and culturally diverse team
Experience with aerospace manufacturing and quality

Summary pay range: $131,750 – $178,250
