Your key responsibilities

• Product governance – maintain oversight of the product landscape and support the implementation of product governance processes, including product lifecycle management, risk assessment, recertifications and compliance.
• Data governance – assist in the development, maintenance and monitoring of data governance frameworks and procedures, including data quality, data security and data privacy.
• Data analysis and reporting – conduct data analysis and prepare regular reports on data metrics, product compliance, and governance initiatives for senior leadership.
• Stakeholder collaboration – work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on key requirements and participate in governance committees and working groups on governance-related topics.

Your skills and experience

• Knowledge of product and data governance processes is preferred.
• 1-4 years working experience in the Securities Services (Custody/Fund Services) industry is preferred.
• Time management and organizational skills with ability to drive tasks independently.
• Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Data collection and analysis skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.Quick learner, with a desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

Your qualification

• Bachelors degree from a reputed institute
• Masters degree or a professional qualification preferred
• 2-4 experience in financial industry preferred
