The Product Governance & Initiatives team is responsible for driving effective governance across product ranges, for implementing a product pricing framework that meets strategic and regulatory requirements and for prioritizing product initiatives. The use of data and technology, for instance to improve the quality of our pricing benchmarking activities, will be key to this role.

What you will do

• Tech- & data-driven product pricing analytics and benchmarking activities: support in data collection, analysis, and visualization
• Support in pricing process automation: review existing products' fees and conduct competitive benchmarking using various data sources
• Analyze pricing data to help us understand market trends and optimize pricing strategies
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to improve efficiency and provide real-time data visualization to enable quick decision-making
• Be able to work with machine learning tools to helps us benchmark the pricing of our mutual funds against competitors’ products.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in university studies with a business/analytical focus such as Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
• A good knowledge of capital market and understanding of typical investment vehicles characteristics is a plus
• Proven strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
• Keen interest to contribute to automation efforts of data collection and reporting processes
• Experience with data querying or modelling with SQL, Excel
• Proficient use of standard MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of BI analytics/reporting/visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI)
• Experience with scripting language (e.g. Python)
• Proficiency in English required, further languages would be highly beneficial.
