Job Overview:

The purpose of this role is to design, implement, and provide ongoing support for Delivery & Operational reporting and analytical insights as part of the U.S. & Canada RBU Analytics Hub. The Analytics Hub serves as a central reporting and analytics function across the USCAN RBU, offering business and operational insights to stakeholders in GTM, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Delivery Operations. It is responsible for developing forward-looking and predictive insights to support the RBU’s executive team in executing their strategic priorities. This role will propose and develop data analytics visualizations, advanced analytics models and insights that provide timely information-based input to decision-makers in order to address complex business problems and issues.

This individual will be the responsible for developing standard reporting and metrics, explanatory, predictive and prescriptive models on topics that include delivery and operations project performance, resource management/utilization, and labor dynamics across all USCAN RBU business lines. As an individual contributor, this leader will consult with business and IT stakeholders to strategically build data-driven insights for business decision-makers, optimizing effectiveness and predicting business outcomes. The role will enable the identification, analysis, and interpretation of trends or patterns, preparing ongoing reports and agile data visualizations to aid in data storytelling within the defined scope, using established tools and standards.


Essential Functions:

  • Actively collaborates with the Analytics Hub Leadership to shape strategy and embed a culture of data and analytics innovation.

  • Works closely with data management, governance, and functional leads to coordinating all phases of insight generation for decision-making; from data acquisition, analytics processing, modeling, visualization to delivery and productionizing.

  • Partners with the IT functional lead to identify current and future resource delivery analytics needs, consulting with data engineers on data views and advanced analytics model development as the business’ subject matter expert.

  • Supports the design and implementation of the output delivery and data analytics roadmap in close partnership with the HUB’s leadership.

  • Works with all levels of internal stakeholders to provide insights and appropriate delivery mechanisms to support business decision-making and advancing the Analytics Hub vision by translating business requirements into technical requirements for dashboarding and data science modeling.

  • Owns the delivery and development of ad hoc dashboards and models and standard reporting deliverables, working closely with the offshore reporting center to productionize and quality control ongoing deliverables.

  • Serves as the business owner of delivery tools and systems to ensure optimal data management and analysis.

  • Adheres to and improves quality assurance controls; documents all reporting and data science modeling deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience in the technology, life sciences, or other industries in roles such as business analytics, data science, data modeling and visualization, or analytics consulting.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Excellent technical skills with strong proficiency in PowerBI software and computer skills including, but not limited to, SQL, Python, and MS Office applications.

  • Data Science modeling experience; Machine Learning implementation experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.

  • Strong collaboration skills demonstrated in building effective business relationships and fostering productive collaborations.

  • Analytical, forward-thinking, strategic mindset.

  • Outstanding communication (written, verbal, and presentation), influencing and partnering skills.

  • Successfully managed cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a complex organization.

  • Knowledge of commercial, financial, and operational metrics and KPIs.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $94,200.00 - $175,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
