Position Summary
As a Data Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes for the Agile Project Management Office (APMO).  In addition, you will expect to be able to develop stakeholder facing solutions and analytics dashboards based on the data. These solutions will provide leadership and decision makers with the information to track performance and deliver against Digital, Data, Analytics, and Technology (DDAT) wide goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
  • Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and documentation for data processes.
  • Develop and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.
  • Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate to create custom applications and automate workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering, Azure services, and the Power Platform.
  • Provide support and training to team members and stakeholders on data tools and processes.



Required Qualifications

  •  2+ Years experience working with one or more of the following tools: Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server, and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • 0-2 years of experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • 2 years experience with writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
  • 0-2 years experience with data modeling and data visualization tools.
  • 0-2 years experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Data Flows



Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications related to Azure and Power Platform.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and M.
  • Experience with Github
  • Experience with Rally and Azure DevOps
  • Experience with using AI in development
  • Experience with reporting in a product/project management setting
  • Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile Development Practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.



Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
