Tasks

• Conduct triage visits and initial evaluations
• Coordinate care with primary care team and consulting psychiatrist
• Deliver short term counseling using Collaborative Care
• Enroll patients into collaborative care program
• Maintain patient registry and report metrics
• Perform symptom measurement with questionnaires
• Provide behavioral healthcare in primary care
• Provide brief supportive therapy
• Provide clinical supervision and training to trainees
• Refer patients to specialty mental health and substance use services
• Screen and assess substance use and opioid misuse
• Use brief CBT
• Use motivational interviewing
• Use problem solving therapy
