Forward Deployed Engineer
Tasks
- Bridge ML and infrastructure for productionizing extraction and retrieval
- Build deploy and scale platform in customer environments
- Collaborate with customers to understand environments and workflows
- Contribute to internal tooling automation and observability
- Own infrastructure stack for data and ML pipelines
- Provision scale monitor and handle incidents for pipelines
- Stand up and optimize distributed compute systems
- Write Terraform Helm charts Dockerfiles and bash scripts
