Tasks
- Automate validation of model inference APIs streaming outputs and batch pipelines
- Build API automation suites using RestAssured and Postman
- Collaborate with MLOps to test end to end ML lifecycle
- Collaborate with data science and ML teams to test AI model behavior
- Conduct data quality testing for ML feature inputs including schema drift and distribution checks
- Design automation frameworks for UI API and backend testing
- Develop test automation scripts using Selenium Playwright or Cypress
- Ensure fairness bias detection and responsible AI presentation
- Implement automated tests in CI/CD pipelines
- Perform root cause analysis and support production issues
- Perform test planning execution reporting and defect lifecycle management
- Test AI driven features like recommendations NLP chatbots classification and anomaly detection
- Test UI interfaces for model predictions confidence scores and explainability outputs
- Validate model outputs for accuracy precision recall thresholds and stability
- Validate model retraining deployment workflows and versioning pipelines
