Tasks
- Conduct enablement via playbooks office hours and training
- Create starter kits repo templates and reference implementations
- Define AI assisted development practices in SDLC frameworks
- Define permissions data handling sandboxing and secrets handling standards
- Ensure development tool usage aligns with enterprise guidelines
- Establish safe by default configurations for AI coding assistants
- Evaluate emerging AI assisted engineering tools and publish recommendations
- Identify AI tooling workflow friction points
- Implement instrumentation for AI assisted delivery metrics
- Iterate policies and paved road patterns using telemetry and feedback
- Prioritize and deliver automation guidance and reusable assets
- Publish dashboards for productivity quality and policy compliance
- Review AI generated code changes
- Scope work for coding agents and set acceptance criteria
- Set audit logging expectations for AI tooling
