Lead Data Scientist - - AI Governance

Tasks
- Assess data quality and feature engineering practices
- Audit AI for fairness inclusivity accountability and transparency
- Conduct independent audits of AI and ML systems
- Define and maintain AI governance frameworks and policies
- Design technical auditing framework for AI and ML systems
- Educate stakeholders on AI governance and responsible AI principles
- Ensure compliance with AI regulations and standards
- Establish governance checkpoints across AI lifecycle
- Evaluate model performance robustness explainability and business alignment
- Identify AI risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Maintain model documentation and audit trails
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update governance policies
- Partner with data science and MLOps teams to embed assurance by design
- Provide assurance reports for regulators and internal stakeholders
- Review deployment model versioning and monitoring practices
- Verify compliance with regulations and ethical AI principles
