Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
- Develop predictive models and automate processes
- Ensure data quality and single source of truth reporting
- Lead analytics initiatives for Auto Financing and Personal Loans
- Manage CRM and loyalty program analytics
- Manage and develop analytics team
- Oversee development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards
- Proactively identify performance improvements
- Support ad-hoc analytical requests
- Translate business needs into insights and dashboards
