Project Coordinator, Development & Investment Analytics
Tasks
- Assist with budget setup reporting and project close out
- Coordinate RFP RFQ processes and response tracking
- Coordinate development project lifecycle
- Coordinate invoice processing and track costs to budgets
- Draft and coordinate consultant and valuation engagement agreements
- Maintain organized project files contracts budgets and records
- Maintain team documentation processes and shared resources
- Maintain valuation records and coordinate information flow
- Monitor billing schedules and contract compliance
- Prepare portfolio and fund level materials and reporting
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior leadership
- Provide general administrative and coordination support
- Review submissions and support bid comparisons
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
- Support internal and external communication and coordination
- Support quarterly valuation cycles
- Support vendor onboarding and vendor inquiries
- Track contractual obligations and maintain contract records
- Track project milestones deliverables and documentation
