Tasks

• Apply statistical reasoning for assay drift and instrument variability
• Automate manual bottlenecks in data review and QC sign off
• Define acceptance criteria control standards and QC metrics
• Define good data logic for each assay type
• Embed QC logic into workcell control software and data infrastructure
• Enforce QC in automated workcell workflows
• Establish SOPs and quality checkpoints
• Identify gaps in data review workflows
• Investigate out of specification results and root cause
• Lead corrective action for assay failures
• Own end to end quality control for protein assays
• Own scientific logic for QC rules anomaly detection and acceptance criteria
• Review pipeline outputs for false pass and unnecessary fail
• Select and implement laboratory informatics tools
• Specify and improve automated data processing pipelines
• Validate new assay methods before production
