Lead Consultant - Site Reliability Engineers/L2
Tasks
- Assess incident severity priority and escalation
- Conduct weekly incident reviews
- Coordinate high impact incident communications
- Document incident management processes and playbooks
- Drive incident and problem management requirements
- Engage technology teams for service restoration
- Execute incident recovery measures and contingencies
- Follow procedures and update documentation
- Handle audit and compliance remediation
- Identify granular root cause for sev1 to sev4
- Log known errors in known error database
- Mitigate and restore business operations
- Oversee chaos engineering resiliency exercises
- Participate in permit to operate change activities
- Perform root cause analysis and restoral steps
- Prepare incident ticket for problem management
- Provide requirements for task automation and tooling
- Research and remediate customer data issues
- Resolve majority of level 2 incidents
- Review access requests and manage entitlements
