Senior Software Engineer - Storage Infrastructure
Tasks
- Build multi region Spanner replication and failover
- Collaborate on data access patterns and query optimization
- Create storage architecture documentation and runbooks
- Design and optimize Cloud Spanner schemas
- Design backup point in time recovery and disaster recovery
- Implement Valkey caching strategies
- Implement cache invalidation and cache warming
- Implement high throughput ingestion patterns and schema evolution
- Implement monitoring and alerting for storage health
- Optimize Spanner read write throughput and query performance
- Support capacity planning autoscaling and cost optimization
- Troubleshoot production storage performance issues
