Senior Manager, Software Engineering
Tasks
- Build automation and lifecycle upgrade processes
- Coordinate cross functional engineering and operations teams
- Create improvement plans for team members
- Define technology roadmaps and modernization strategies
- Design and architect complex storage software environments
- Design and architect high availability systems
- Develop performance engineering programs
- Develop test strategies for storage systems
- Drive storage modernization initiatives
- Ensure performance and availability
- Implement observability and monitoring
- Lead UDS platform strategy and operations
- Lead people performance reviews promotions and talent calibrations
- Manage multi site storage clusters
- Oversee hybrid and multi cloud integrations
- Participate in Agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies
- Review and evaluate software/storage specifications
- Set SLAs SLOs and drive continuous improvement
