Tasks
- Build mentor and lead data and platform engineers
- Define and track platform KPIs
- Design analytics experimentation event tracking usage metering systems
- Drive data engineering system design and observability best practices
- Enable data-driven decision-making
- Ensure scalability reliability performance and data quality
- Evaluate tools technologies and processes to improve ROI
- Improve developer experience and usability for internal teams
- Optimize infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance
- Own data platform architecture and evolution
- Partner with product AI growth and marketing teams on data needs
- Provide technical guidance career development and performance management
- Support AI research with data for training and capabilities
- Translate data needs into scalable solutions
