Tasks
- Build and scale people data and analytics capability
- Communicate analytics initiatives and train stakeholders
- Conduct hypothesis-driven analyses and provide insights
- Design and improve dashboards for decision support
- Develop predictive and proactive analytics on attrition and workforce dynamics
- Develop workforce cost models and dashboards
- Ensure data quality and governance across HR systems
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency
- Translate data into executive narratives
