Dev Ops / ML Ops Leader
Tasks
- Adopt infrastructure as code and platform engineering best practices
- Architect and govern industrial DevOps and MLOps platforms
- Build CI CD pipelines with automated testing
- Communicate technical strategy and tradeoffs to leadership
- Conduct global hiring onboarding and performance management
- Define and execute global DevOps and MLOps strategy
- Deploy across on premises cloud hybrid and edge environments
- Embed security quality and reliability in DevOps and MLOps pipelines
- Ensure cybersecurity and data governance compliance
- Ensure model explainability traceability and lifecycle management
- Implement secure ML training deployment monitoring and retraining pipelines
- Improve developer and data scientist productivity with new tools
- Lead and develop globally distributed DevOps and MLOps teams
- Partner with R and D engineering data science and enterprise architecture stakeholders
- Standardize ML workflows and model governance
- Translate business and technical requirements into platform solutions
