Automation & Controls Engineer - Food & Beverage
Tasks
- Conduct quality reviews of engineering submittals
- Coordinate controls and electrical design work with design office
- Create electrical design deliverables for motor power and equipment
- Create instrument device list and I O list
- Develop PLC HMI programming design deliverables
- Develop controls narratives and control panel hardware design
- Develop verification calculations and design basis reports
- Execute onsite start up and commissioning activities
- Lead Factory Acceptance Tests FATs
- Perform commissioning and startup of automation deliverables
- Perform controls engineering design deliverables
- Resolve installation issues during field inspections and testing
- Review P&IDs and define controls scope
