Data Center Production Operations Engineer
Tasks
- Automate issue resolution using scripting and tooling
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on process and hardware initiatives
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and physical inspection
- Drive corrective actions with internal teams and vendors
- Improve processes tools and systems for repair efficiency
- Lead deployment of new platforms and hardware
- Maintain platform health using monitoring data and metrics
- Maintain procedures runbooks and guides
- Manage server hardware and perform repairs
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
- Provide engineering support as subject matter expert
- Resolve complex tickets and perform root cause analysis
- Travel up to 15 percent
