- Act as technical liaison for SecOps and IRM
- Contribute to industry thought leadership
- Develop solutions using Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript
- Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions
- Mentor developers on ServiceNow design and workflows
- Oversee project delivery and resolve technical issues
- Scope ServiceNow engagements and integrations
- Support pre-sales activities including presentations and workshops
