IT Team Lead - Compute and Storage
Tasks
- Conduct performance reviews and development conversations
- Drive root cause analysis for incidents
- Ensure compliance with security policies and audit controls
- Ensure environments are secure current and optimized
- Escalate complex incidents problems and changes
- Implement automation and infrastructure as code
- Lead coach and develop infrastructure team
- Manage capacity workload and priorities
- Manage day to day compute and storage services
- Monitor and optimize cost performance and capacity
- Oversee fourth line support for cloud and on premises infrastructure
- Oversee identity and access management using Active Directory and Entra ID
- Own cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades
- Report service metrics and improvement initiatives to leadership
- Set technical direction for compute and storage platforms
